My Story

I’m Candaci, founder of The Decisive Reset. My work is rooted in clarity, structure, and steady support. Before becoming a professional organizer, my background in administrative support, client service, project coordination, and home support taught me how to bring order to details, guide decisions respectfully, and follow through until the work is complete.

I created The Decisive Reset for clients who want more than a quick tidy-up. We make room first, then organize what remains with intention. The result is a space that feels lighter, functions better, and looks beautifully finished.

The Process

Step 1: In-Home Consultation

We start with a conversation about your space, goals, timeline, and what is not working. Then, we decide where to begin and what kind of support will work for you.

Step 2: Edit

Together, we sort through what you own and make clear decisions about what stays, what goes, and what needs a better home.

Step 3: Plan & Source

Once the excess is cleared, I measure, map the categories, and source products that fit your space, style, and goals.

Step 4: Reset

I organize, label, style, and finish the space so it feels calm, functional, and easier to maintain.

Projects begin at $85/hour with a 4-hour minimum.

Evenings & Weekends begin at $100/hour with a 4-hour minimum.

Product sourcing and digital organizing are quoted based on the scope of the project.
