Your Questions, Answered

We begin by identifying what is not working and how you want the space to feel and function. From there, I guide you through the decisions, help you edit what no longer belongs, and create a practical system around what remains.
The result is not simply a tidier room. It is a thoughtfully organized space that feels calm, polished, and easier to maintain.
-
I organize kitchens, pantries, closets, bedrooms, bathrooms, linen closets, mudrooms, home offices, storage spaces, and other hardworking areas of the home.
I also provide pre-move decluttering, unpacking, and move-in organization.
-
No. There is no need to organize the space before our session.
Please make sure the area is safe and reasonably accessible. Deep cleaning, pest treatment, mold remediation, and other specialized services should be completed before organizing begins.
-
You remain in control of what stays and what leaves. I bring structure, perspective, and steady guidance so you can make decisions with greater clarity and less second-guessing.
I will ask thoughtful questions, offer honest recommendations, and keep the process moving without pressuring you or making decisions on your behalf
-
Your participation is important during the decluttering and decision-making portion of the project.
Once those decisions are complete, I handle the organizing, product placement, labeling, and finishing details.
-
Yes. When products would improve the function or appearance of the space, I can recommend, source, purchase, transport, and install them as part of the project.
Products are selected after we determine what is staying. This allows us to choose the right solutions for your belongings and avoid purchasing containers for unnecessary excess.
-
Not every project requires new products, but the right products can significantly improve visibility, accessibility, and the finished appearance of a space.
I select products intentionally rather than filling a room with unnecessary containers. Recommendations are based on your space, routines, belongings, and the level of finish you want to achieve.
-
Yes. I will assess what you already have and reuse anything that works well within the new system.
If existing products do not fit the space, function properly, or support the finished result, I will explain what I recommend replacing and why.
-
Project timing depends on the size of the space, the volume of belongings, the pace of decision-making, and the amount of product sourcing or installation required.
Some focused spaces can be completed in one session. Larger or more detailed projects often require multiple sessions. I will help you establish realistic priorities and a clear plan for moving forward.
-
Organizing sessions have a four-hour minimum. Most sessions are scheduled for four to six hours so we can make meaningful progress and leave the project at a comfortable stopping point.
-
Organizing services are billed at the current hourly rate, with a four-hour minimum.
Organizing products, shopping and sourcing time, travel outside the standard service area, and other approved project expenses are billed separately. Donation removal is billed at the regular hourly rate. Pricing and anticipated expenses will be discussed before the project begins.
-
We begin with a brief phone call so I can learn about your project and determine whether we are a good fit.
From there, we schedule an in-person consultation to review the space, discuss your priorities, and determine the best starting point.
-
I can remove a limited amount of donations when arranged in advance and when vehicle space allows. Donation removal is billed at my regular hourly rate.
Large donation loads, furniture, trash, hazardous materials, and specialty items require a separate hauling or removal provider.
